Your first visit begins with a history of the chief complaint and a health history. This is then followed by a physical examination. If x-rays or a referral to another healthcare provider is required, you will be referred appropriately. If not, a diagnosis, plan of management and prognosis will be presented to you. Treatment begins on day one. Complicated cases may require up to an hour for an initial visit. Less complicated cases may only require a half hour. Please download the intake forms (above) and bring them completed, or arrive 15 minutes early to complete them in our comfortable waiting area.

The first naturopathic visit consists of taking a thorough case history where Dr. Ashley will ask a series of questions in order to properly assess and gain a thorough understanding of the presenting complaint(s). Follow-up visits will last approximately 30 minutes - you will be provided with short- and long-term treatment plans and Dr. Ashley will obtain any additional information which may be relevant to the case.

15 Minutes - A typical chiropractic visit for a returning patient who is having only one area treated.

If you are having more than one area treated, are receiving a modality or acupuncture with chiropractic treatment, are a current patient with a new complaint, or if it has been more than 3 months since your last visit, please choose this option.

A 30 minute massage therapy session.

A one hour massage therapy session.

An initial visit by a physiotherapist includes a history and physical assessment to determine what your needs are and what treatment plan will best suit you. Corrective and rehabilitative exercises are prescribed to improve strength, flexibility and balance.

IF YOU ARE AN EXISTING PATIENT WITH A NEW INJURY, PLEASE SCHEDULE AN INITIAL APPOINTMENT. A typical physiotherapy session includes treatment and training within your treatment plan.
